VIDEOFIED technology brings you real time video alarm monitoring. Through VIDEOFIED we can see what has caused the alarm and assess false alarms remotely, reducing the need for security guards having to physically verify them.

Is your system prone to false alarms? 

The P-Cam (integrated motion sensor/camera) captures a 10 second video as soon as the alarm is activated, it then sends the video to our monitoring station who evaluates what happens. The video can even be emailed you so you can see
it for yourself.

VIDEOFIED provides faster law enforcement. You can view the crime as it happens through digital technology, Police can then respond quickly to an actual crime in progress. You can even have the real-time alarm situations emailed and sent to your mobile as MMS format at the same time.  

Improve response time 

Most alarm verification protocols (or operating procedures) require an Alarm Response Centre (ARC) Operator to contact the designated key holder, advise them an alarm has been activated and confirm what action should be taken. 

If a client has already instructed our ARC to despatch a guard or police if a physical presence is seen, immediate action can be taken by our ARC Operator. This in turn can reduce costs associated with police or guards responding to false alarms.
