As most burglaries occur in less than five minutes, it is important to have a fast reacting yet efficient system of protection. Used in conjunction with a standard security system, Smokecloak can deter most burglaries and vandalism attempts. When the alarm is triggered, an odourless, harmless, "dry" fog is then produced. After 10 seconds it is extremely difficult for an intruder to see and after 20 seconds it is virtually impossible to see let alone steal or vandalise.
Thoroughly tested and documented, the fog used is completely harmless to humans, pets, furniture and equipment, leaving no residue. The fog can last over an hour; however after 20 minutes of ventilation the room is completely clear with no physical trace the system was activated.
Fire
Fire is one of the most common and most devastating hazards a home or business can experience. With Signature Security Group you can rely on 24 hour monitoring of your premises against this hazard through system smoke and thermal fire detectors.
Upon receipt of a signal, we can then notify both you and the fire brigade to eliminate or minimize the effects fire can have on your property.

Unlike battery-powered detectors available in hardware stores, system smoke detectors utilise a more advanced analysis to detect invisible or visible smoke particles in the area in which they are located. These detectors are also monitored to ensure effective operation, so you never have to worry about failure. Signature Security Group offers two types of system smoke detectors. Firstly, an ionisation detector that reacts to gasses produced early in stages of combustion. Secondly a beam detector can be used to cover large areas that will signal when smoke obscures the light beam transmission to the receiver. Both of Signature Security's smoke and fire detectors are highly effective at detecting and signally smoke at its earliest production.
